PV module producer Silfab Solar Inc. has established a procurement agreement with Nexamp, an independent renewable energy supplier, for the provision of Silfab’s latest commercial panels equipped with Silfab cells fabricated in the United States.
The collaboration will initiate the delivery of the initial 125 MW of 580 XM+ DCB panels in the latter part of Q2 2025, exclusively produced with cells generated at Silfab’s facility in South Carolina.
“Our collaboration grants Nexamp considerable access to a top-tier U.S. solar product that allows them to further incorporate domestic content into their project portfolios,” states Paolo Maccario, Silfab’s president and CEO.
“The potential of American-manufactured solar modules providing clean energy to U.S. consumers and enterprises is unfolding in 2025 through innovative partnerships with forward-thinking North American companies. We anticipate a long-term supply association with Nexamp.”
“Silfab possesses an excellent reputation for quality and will be a significant element of our growth strategy,” remarks Nexamp CEO Zaid Ashai. “We are eager to have the first of these modules from the agreement installed on numerous projects we have within our construction pipeline.”
