Sarens focuses on heavy lifting, engineered transport, and crane rental solutions. The firm utilizes a Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle alongside its Code of Conduct throughout all activities, especially in its Sarens Project Management Procedure (SPM). This structured method emphasizes economic advancement, ecological sustainability, and social fairness, promoting ongoing enhancement in performance and safety while satisfying stakeholder requirements.
